Sweat, Glisten, Glow!

When you sweat you release toxins. Think about how someone smells if they’ve been drinking a lot and they’re sweaty. Gross, right? It’s their body working to get the toxins out.

It’s healthy for us to sweat now and then. Take a brisk walk, take a cardio class, sit in a sauna, sit in the sun, do whatever you enjoy to allow your body to sweat it out now and then.
